Basic Information

In August 2022, Sichuan Commercial Investment Group, in collaboration the leading enterprise in the industry and its subsidiary Sichuan Logistics Industry Co., LTD. established Sichuan International Air Cargo Development Co., Ltd., to plan the layout of the international air cargo, deeply integrate into the construction of the "Belt and Road", and create an air Silk Road with global reach. Support Sichuan Province and Chengdu to build a "strategic highland for opening up to the west and a new base for participating in international competition".

Business Divisions
（一）航空物流
不断拓展完善面向欧美、东盟等国际地区航空货运通道网络，构建11小时“亚欧空中货运走廊”和5小时“亚太空中货运圈”，为国际航空货运代理、高端制造企业、跨境电商平台及其他国际航空运输需求方提供一站式国际航空物流服务，服务四川省、成都市构筑“向西开放战略高地和参与国际竞争新基地”。 四川货航公司目前运营两架B747-8F、一架B757和一架A330全货机，执飞“成都=布鲁塞尔”、“成都=列日”、“成都=曼谷”、“成都=米兰=奥斯陆”“成都=圣保罗”等多条航线。
Air Cargo
Sichuan Air Cargo continuously expands and improves the air cargo logistics network for Europe, US, ASEAN and other international regions, builds up an 11-hour "Asia-Europe Air Cargo Corridor" and a 5-hour "Asia-Pacific Air Cargo Circle", and provides one-stop international air logistics services for international air freight forwarders, high-end manufacturing enterprises, cross-border e-commerce platforms and other international air transport demand parties, supporting Sichuan Province and Chengdu City in building a "strategic highland for opening to the west and a new base for participating in international competition." Sichuan Air Cargo is operating two Boeing 747-8F , one Boeing 757 and one Airbus 330 on “Chengdu = Brussels,”“Chengdu=Liège,”“Chengdu=Bangkok”“Chengdu=Milan=Oslo,” and “Chengdu = São Paulo.”
（二）国际贸易
依托航空干线运输组织、境外货源组织和海外仓（货站）发展优势，聚焦成渝及周边地区进口高端蛋白、果蔬及快消品消费需求和四川省优质适航商品出口需求，打造具有区域品牌影响力的亚欧枢纽型国际贸易服务平台。
International Trading
Sichuan Air Cargo aims to build an Aisa-Europe trade service platform to deliver imported high-quality protein, fruits, vegetables, and FMCG products to Chengdu, Chongqing and beyond, and offer air transportation solutions for premium products of Sichuan-based exporters.
（三）临空物贸综合体
聚焦高端蛋白、果蔬、快消商品等重点产品，构建集海关监管查验、保税仓储分拨、进口商品展销、文旅餐饮体验、商务休闲办公、品牌宣传等多业态融合发展新格局、新空间，集聚整合进口商品仓储分拨、流通加工、展示交易、金融结算等供应链全链路要素资源，推进第三亚欧大陆桥航空货运枢纽—“中国西部空中丝绸之路”建设。
Airport Logistics & Trading Mixed-use Architecture
Sichuan Air Cargo focus on imported high-quality protein, fruits, vegetables, and FMCG products, positioned as an airport logistics and trading base for the Third Asia-Europe Continental Bridge. The Mixed-use Architecture will serve as a multifunctional hub accommodating a diverse array of activities, including custom supervision and inspection, bonded warehousing, exhibition and sales of imported goods, cultural tourism, catering, commercial and leisure activities, as well as brand promotion.
