为深入贯彻落实四川省、成都市关于提升开放平台能级，培育设立全货运基地航空公司，打造通达全球的空中丝绸之路的战略部署，四川商投集团立足四川内陆开放门户和成都航空枢纽优势，围绕打造西部领先、全国一流的国际航空货运平台使命，携手行业头部企业与旗下四川省物流产业集团股份有限公司，联合组建四川省国际航空货运发展有限公司（以下简称“四川货航”）。四川货航成立于2022年8月18日，注册资本5亿元，主要涵盖国际航空物流、跨境贸易和临空地产三大业务板块。谋篇布局国际航空物流领域，深度融入“一带一路”建设，打造通达全球的空中丝绸之路，支撑四川省、成都市打造“向西开放战略高地和参与国际竞争新基地”。
In order to further implement the strategic deployment of Sichuan Province and Chengdu to upgrade the level of open platform, cultivate the establishment all-cargo base airlines, and build a global air Silk Road, Sichuan Commercial Investment Group is based on the inland open gateway of Sichuan Province and the advantages of Chengdu aviation hub, and focuses on the mission of building a leading international air cargo platform in the west and the country. Sichuan Commercial Investment Group, in collaboration the leading enterprise in the industry and its subsidiary Sichuan Logistics Industry Co., LTD. established Sichuan International Air Cargo Development Co., Ltd ("Sichuan Air Cargo"). Sichuan Air Cargo was established on August 18, 2022, with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. Its core business spans three key sectors: international air logistics, cross-border trade, and aerotropolis development. Its establishment is to plan the layout of the international air cargo, deeply integrate into the construction of the "Belt and Road", and create an air Silk Road with global reach. Support Sichuan Province and Chengdu to build a "strategic highland for opening up to the west and a new base for participating in international competition".

Business Layout
（一） 航空物流
Air Logistics
不断拓展完善面向欧美、东盟等国际地区航空货运通道网络，构建11小时“亚欧空中货运走廊”和5小时“亚太空中货运圈”，为国际航空货运代理、高端制造企业、跨境电商平台及其他国际航空运输需求方提供一站式国际航空物流服务，服务四川省、成都市构筑“向西开放战略高地和参与国际竞争新基地”。
We are dedicated to continually expanding and enhancing our air cargo network to serve international regions, including Europe, the Americas, and ASEAN countries. Our objective is to establish an 11-hour "Asia-Europe Air Freight Corridor" and a 5-hour "Asia-Pacific Air Freight Circle." These initiatives aim to offer comprehensive, one-stop international air logistics services to freight forwarders, high-end manufacturers, cross-border e-commerce platforms, and other clients of international air transport. This strategy supports the goals of Sichuan Province and Chengdu City in developing a "strategic high ground for western opening-up and a new base for international competition."
（二） 国际贸易
International Trade
依托航空干线运输组织、境外货源组织和海外仓（货站）发展优势，聚焦成渝及周边地区进口高端蛋白、果蔬及快消品消费需求和四川省优质适航商品出口需求，打造具有区域品牌影响力的亚欧枢纽型国际贸易服务平台。
Leveraging the strengths of air trunk line transport networks, overseas cargo sourcing, and overseas warehouses (cargo terminals), the initiative focuses on meeting the demand for imported high-end protein, fruits, vegetables, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in the Chengdu-Chongqing region and surrounding areas, as well as supporting the export of high-quality, air-transportable products from Sichuan Province. The goal is to establish a globally influential Asia-Europe hub-style international trade service platform with regional brand recognition.
（三） 临空地产
Aerotropolis Development
聚焦高端蛋白、果蔬、快消商品等重点产品，构建集海关监管查验、保税仓储分拨、进口商品展销、文旅餐饮体验、商务休闲办公、品牌宣传等多业态融合发展新格局、新空间，集聚整合进口商品仓储分拨、流通加工、展示交易、金融结算等供应链全链路要素资源，推进第三亚欧大陆桥航空货运枢纽—“中国西部空中丝绸之路”建设。
Focusing on key products including high-end protein, fruits and vegetables, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), this initiative aims to create a new development paradigm and space featuring integrated multi-format operations. These encompass customs supervision and inspection, bonded warehousing and distribution, imported goods exhibition and sales, cultural-tourism-dining experiences, business-office-leisure complexes, and brand promotion activities. It will aggregate and optimize the entire supply chain ecosystem for imported goods, covering warehousing and distribution, processing, exhibition and trading, as well as financial settlement services. These efforts will accelerate the building of Air Freight Hub for the Third Asia-Europe Land Bridge - the "China Western Air Silk Road".
